GratuityAn 18% gratuity may be applied to group bookings. We'll let you know before you arrive.
CancellationsCancel at least 12 hours before your visit to avoid a charge. Holiday periods are charged in full.
Younger guestsGel polish, dip powder and enhancements are for guests 14 and older.
On the dayPlease arrive on time. Late arrivals may mean a shortened service.
